SeaWinch winches have these features:
1 - Base:AISI 304 stainless steel body.
2 - Bell: Standard AM356.2 anti corrosive titanium aluminum alloy tempering treatments
3 - Gears: AISI 304 stainless steel gears with Teflon sleeves
4 - Shaft: AISI 304 rectified stainless steel shaft.
5 - Bearings: AISI 304 rectified stainless steel bearings.
6 - Fairlead: AISI 304 stainless steel material.
7 - Pins: AISI 410 stainless steel rectified tempered pins.
8 - Pawls: forged with AISI 410 tempering treatments.
9 - Clamps: with relief alternate 10-14mm span rope.

We are proud to introduce customers to the only winch containing bearings between gears, achieving 30% more mechanical efficiency than conventional winches which use friction shaft pillow gears.
